Shipping, Dead on Arrival Guarantee, and Returns/Refunds

Here at DanQuatics we guarantee all shrimp to be alive and healthy on arrival! All shrimp are bred by our small family team here in Utah. With all of the varieties of hardy shrimp we currently breed, we are the largest retailer of home-bred shrimp in the USA! 

In the rare event of DoA's, you must provide clear pictures of dead in closed bag next to shipping label within 1 hour of delivery time. You will have the option of a refund for the dead excluding shipping cost or I can reship shrimp (depending on current stock), shipping at buyer's expense. DoA is not covered if choosing reshipment instead of refund for dead. Please mind your weather, HOLD FOR PICKUP at the post office is available for hot areas above 90F or cold areas below 40F.

No returns or refunds on live animals.

$10 flat rate insulated shipping for any size order of shrimp and larger hard goods! FREE at $100! Anything small or light, including plants is $5 flat rate shipping. All plants will be insulated.
